The CLIC residence is located in a small square in the centre of Cádiz known as La Oca, which is why we named it this way. It is ideally located in a quiet area, next to a small square with orange trees, two minutes from the Plaza de Mina and fifteen minutes from La Caleta beach.

These facilities occupy a 19th century building, with the traditional structure of the houses found in the historic centre of Cádiz. Even the façade exhibits the style of the buildings constructed by the bourgeoisie of Cadiz thanks to the highly lucrative trade with America.

The restoration of the house respects the style of the period, but also adapts it to the needs of a 21st century residence, functional and designed for the comfort of our guests.
